1835 Capped Bust Half Dime - Small Date Large 5c - Fine 12

This 1835 Capped Bust Half Dime is a great example of a lost era of small coins. This one is the "Small Date, Large 5c" variety. This coin was part of an estate, with many others of the same period, all stored carefully, will also be shared here for sale. Because we don't see many of these coins, we asked for the opinion of a fellow coin shop owner, who graded this as a Fine 12. Based on "Making the Grade", we agree with this determination.
