The Draped Bust Cent was struck from 1796 through 1807 and represents one of the earliest large cent designs produced by the United States Mint. Designed by Robert Scot, the obverse features Liberty with flowing, draped hair, while the reverse displays a wreath encircling the denomination. These coins were struck in pure copper and are well over two centuries old, making any surviving example a genuine piece of early American history. This is a circulated example typical of the series, showing the honest wear expected of coins that passed through everyday commerce in the young United States.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
