The 1901 Barber Half Dollar is a classic example of Charles Barber's Liberty head design, struck for circulation by the United States Mint. The obverse features a right-facing portrait of Liberty wearing a laurel wreath, cap, and the inscription "IN GOD WE TRUST" above, with stars encircling the portrait and the date 1901 below. The reverse displays a heraldic eagle with spread wings, holding an olive branch and arrows, with "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" around the border and "HALF DOLLAR" at the bottom. This example displays natural toning across both sides. Graded XF-45, the coin retains solid detail throughout the design elements.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
