Prices for bullion and precious metals products are tied to fluctuating market 
(spot) prices and may change without notice between the time an order is placed 
and confirmed. We reserve the right to:
  • Cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, in the event of a 
    pricing error, market volatility exceeding normal parameters, or inventory 
    unavailability
  • Limit quantities on any item
In the event of a cancelled order, any payment collected will be refunded in full.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND GRADING
Coin grading (including third-party grading services referenced on this Site, 
such as PCGS or NGC) reflects professional opinion and is not a guarantee of 
value, investment performance, or resale price. We make reasonable efforts to 
ensure images and descriptions are accurate but do not warrant that they are 
error-free.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product 
photography — is the property of JP Ford Coin and Currency, LLC or its 
licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
