By using the Site or conducting a transaction through it, you agree to the applicable terms and policies in effect at the time of your transaction.

3. Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and inventory information.

Bullion, precious metals, and certain other products may be priced according to rapidly changing market conditions. Prices may change without notice until a transaction has been completed and the applicable price has been locked.

JP Ford Coin & Currency reserves the right to correct genuine typographical, technical, calculation, data-feed, or pricing errors and to cancel an affected transaction when reasonably necessary.

We may also cancel an order when merchandise is unavailable, inventory information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfillment is otherwise not reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

A valid completed transaction will not be canceled merely because the market value of the merchandise subsequently increases or decreases.

We may establish reasonable purchase quantity limits when necessary.

4. Numismatic Information & Grading

Coin and currency grading involves professional judgment and may be subjective.

Grades or condition descriptions provided by JP Ford Coin & Currency for uncertified merchandise represent our opinion based upon our examination of the item.

Coins and currency certified by independent third-party grading services are subject to the opinions, standards, guarantees, and policies of the applicable grading service.

Differences in grading opinion do not necessarily indicate that an item was incorrectly described.

5. Market & Investment Information

Coins, currency, bullion, precious metals, and collectibles may increase or decrease in value.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a guarantee of future value, investment performance, liquidity, or resale price.

Market information, educational material, historical pricing, commentary, and other information provided by JP Ford Coin & Currency are for general informational and educational purposes and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. Product Images & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe merchandise.

Many numismatic and collectible items are individually photographed, and those photographs may form an important part of the product description.

Customers selling or shipping property to JP Ford Coin & Currency may also be subject to separate Sell to Us Terms & Conditions.

This Legal Notice and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law provides otherwise.
