The 1828 Coronet Head Large Cent with the Narrow Date variety is a classic early American copper coin from the first half of the nineteenth century. The reverse displays the "ONE CENT" denomination set within a wreath, a design that defined the large cent series of its era. This example is graded Fine, reflecting a coin that has seen circulation while retaining clear major details. The coin carries visible patina and verde-gris toning consistent with its age. A great addition to a type set or early large cent collection.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
