This 1837 Coronet Head Cent features the scarcer Head of 1838 variety and grades VF-20. The obverse shows the classic Liberty head with a coronet, surrounded by 13 stars, while the reverse displays the classic ONE CENT denomination within a wreath. At the VF-20 grade, the coin exhibits moderate wear across the high points, with major design elements remaining clear and well-defined. A solid mid-grade example of this early American large cent variety.
