The 1845 Liberty Seated Dime is a mid-nineteenth century United States ten-cent piece featuring the classic Liberty Seated obverse design. The obverse shows a seated figure of Liberty holding a shield and a pole topped with a liberty cap, surrounded by thirteen stars, with the date 1845 below. The reverse displays "ONE DIME" within an open wreath, encircled by "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA." This example grades VG-8, a solid circulated grade for a coin of this age. A well-defined piece for the type or date collector building a Liberty Seated Dime set.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
