This 1853 Seated Liberty Quarter features the Arrows & Rays variety, graded Fine-12. The obverse displays Liberty seated with a shield, surrounded by stars, and the date 1853 clearly visible at the bottom; the reverse shows a heraldic eagle with radiating rays and "QUAR DOL." inscription, consistent with the one-year Arrows & Rays type.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
