The 1857 Liberty Seated Quarter is a mid-19th century U.S. silver 25-cent piece featuring the classic Christian Gobrecht design of Liberty seated on a rock, holding a shield inscribed "LIBERTY" and a pole topped with a liberty cap. This example grades VF-30, with the date 1857 and design elements clearly visible on the obverse.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
