The 1864-S Seated Liberty Half Dollar features the classic Gobrecht-designed obverse with Liberty seated on a rock, holding a pole topped with a Liberty cap, and resting against a shield inscribed "LIBERTY." Thirteen stars surround the figure, and the date 1864 appears below. The coin carries a VF grade, showing clear design elements and pleasing overall detail for a mid-19th century silver half dollar. A solid circulated example of this Civil War-era type coin.

Coin Grading is Subjective, and should be treated as an opinion of grade. We use ANA Grading Standards as our Reference.
