The 1877 Seated Liberty Quarter is a classic example of mid-19th century American coinage, featuring the familiar Liberty Seated obverse design paired with the heraldic eagle reverse. This example is a die variety identified as DF-2, making it of particular interest to variety collectors specializing in the Seated Liberty quarter series.
