The 1901-O Barber Quarter is a key-date coin from the Barber (Liberty Head) quarter series, struck at the New Orleans Mint. This example grades Good-6, showing the characteristic even wear of a circulated coin with the major design elements still visible. The Barber quarter series, designed by Charles E. Barber, features Liberty's head on the obverse and a heraldic eagle on the reverse — a classic American type from the turn of the twentieth century.
