1905 Indian Head Cent VG 1437.D8

This 1905 Indian Head Cent grades Very Good (VG). The Indian Head cent, designed by James Barton Longacre, was produced from 1859 to 1909 and remains a classic staple of American coinage. At the VG grade, the coin shows even, moderate wear with the major design elements — including the portrait of Liberty in her Native American headdress and the wreath on the reverse — clearly visible. A solid circulated example of this early twentieth-century one-cent piece.
