The 1912-D Wheat Cent is a classic early Lincoln cent from the first decade of the series. The obverse features the Lincoln portrait with the date and mint mark, while the reverse displays the iconic wheat stalk design flanking "ONE CENT" and "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" — the design that gave these coins their popular name.
