1928A $100 Federal Reserve Note Fr. 2151-G Choice Uncirculated – Chicago District Y4ER

This 1928A $100 Federal Reserve Note was issued by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (District 7, designated by the "G" district letter). The face features a central portrait of Benjamin Franklin within an oval vignette, flanked by ornate scroll-work, with "Federal Reserve Note" printed across the top and "Will Pay to the Bearer on Demand / One Hundred Dollars" at the bottom. The serial number G00918816A appears twice on the face in green ink, alongside the green Chicago Federal Reserve Bank seal bearing the letter "G." Signatures of Treasurer Woods and Secretary of the Treasury Mellon appear at the lower left and right respectively.
