1942 Walking Liberty Half AU-55

The 1942 Walking Liberty Half Dollar is a classic example of American silver coinage, widely regarded as one of the most artistically beautiful designs ever produced by the United States Mint. Adolph Weinman's design features Liberty draped in the American flag striding toward the sunrise on the obverse, with a perched eagle on the reverse. This example grades AU-55, showing only light wear on the highest points with most original luster still visible in the fields and devices.
