1943 Walking Liberty Half AU-50

The 1943 Walking Liberty Half Dollar is one of the most admired designs in American coinage history. Adolph Weinman's full-length depiction of Liberty striding toward the sunrise, draped in the American flag, graces the obverse, while a perched eagle dominates the reverse. Graded AU-50, this example shows light wear on the high points with most of the original luster still visible in the fields and devices — a pleasing Almost Uncirculated coin at an accessible price point.
